Food Grade 1000L Pods: Keeping Your Batch Clean
For the food processors around Hemmant, the Trade Coast and South East Queensland, hygiene is everything. You can't just throw bulk honey, vegetable oil, or liquid sugar into any old tank. You need a food grade 1000L pod that hasn't spent its previous life hauling engine degreaser.
There’s a bit of a myth that "reconditioned" means "dirty." Not on our watch. Our food-grade pods are sourced from high-purity environments and go through a specific wash process to ensure they’re fit for purpose. Learn more about our strict safety processes here.
When you buy 1000L IBCs from us for food applications, you're getting a container that’s been vetted by experts who understand the industry. It’s a cost-effective way to manage your bulk ingredients without the stress of a contamination hit during an audit.
What Happens During Our Reconditioning Process?
We get asked a lot: "How do you know it's clean?" For our food-grade stock, the process is strict:
- Selection: We only source pods that previously held food-safe materials (like juice concentrates or oils).
- Industrial Wash: High-pressure, high-temp cleaning removes all residues.
- Inspection: Every valve and lid is checked. If it’s not 100%, it doesn’t get the "Food Grade" tag.
- Drying & Sealing: We ensure no moisture is left behind, sealing the bungs immediately to prevent any dust or contaminants from entering before it hits your production line.
Keep your production line moving with high-purity, affordable pods.
